6. By producing large amount of proteases, amino acids and cytokinins, bacillus amyloliquefaceins can enhance cell viability, promote metabolism and thus increase the yield of crops and the quality of agricultural products.

7. Since bacillus amyloliquefaceins can localize and grow quickly and dominantly around the roots of plants, it can remove pathogenic bacteria by secreting chitinase with high activity and thus promotes the growth of rhizobium and roots. It can significantly prevent small root and nodule, dwarf, yellow, flower and falling leaves, and falling flowers caused by continuous cropping and diseases.

8. For manufacturing organic fertilizers, better effect can be achieved using bacillus amyloliquefaceins combined with colloid bacillus and bacillus megatherium.

Applications (based on 200 X 108 CFU/g):

1. For fermentation of organic fertilizers, the bacillus amyloliquefaceins can be added at 300-500 g/ton and should be used in combination with bacillus subtilis and other microbes.

2. For preparing organic fertilizers, the bacillus amyloliquefaceins can be added at 1-2 kg/acre of land and should be mixed with farmyard manure, chemical fertilizer and appropriate amount of fine soil.

3. For seedbed, the bacillus amyloliquefaceins can be added at 5-10 g/bed and mixed with seedbed soil.

4. For pot flower, the bacillus amyloliquefaceins can be added at 1-2 g/kg of pot soil.

Notes:

1. The bacillus amyloliquefaceins should not be used with antimicrobials simultaneously.

2. Better effect can be achieved when combined with chemical fertilizers but they should be kept separately and mixed just before use.
